Аннотация: The textbook examines the basic concepts of the theory of information security, the methodology for constructing security systems for digital communication systems (DCS), the concept of formal security policies, and provides a classification of mathematical models of information security. The main discretionary and mandatory models, security criteria, including international standards are described: ISO 15408 “Evaluation criteria for IT security” Common Criteria and ISO “Code of practice for information security management”, as well as the main means of information security, including informal (legislative, administrative, procedural) and formal (software and technical). A standard model of the security of an enterprise information network, methods and means of auditing the security of information systems are presented. The textbook is intended for students of a larger group of specialties and areas of training “Electronics, radio engineering and communication systems”, studying the disciplines “Digital radio communication systems and devices”, “Secure communication systems”, “Radio communication systems”, and will also be useful for studying the disciplines “Systems Engineering”, “General Theory of Communications”, “Mobile communication systems based on noise-like signals”, “Networks and mobile communication systems”, “Radio access systems”, “Theory and technology of information transmission”.
