The authors introduce students to the key concepts of digital pedagogy, components of digital literacy and digital competencies of a modern teacher, features of digital design of educational content, learning analytics technologies and educational data engineering. Аннотация: This publication is a unique attempt to start the formation of an English-language educational platform – a set of courses, tests and other training activities to increase the «atomic literacy» of employees of organizations of new countries in the peacefuluses of atomic energy, which are currently the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has more than fifty. This is possible because the International Block of State Corporation «ROSATOM» prepares intergovernmental agreements of the Russian Federation and interdepartmental agreements ensuring the implementation of educational activities in new countries on the peaceful use of atomic energy. In 2017 11 intergovernmental agreements and 16 major interagency agreements were concluded, and in 2018 this number increased even more. In particular, «framework» intergovernmental agreements were signed with the Kingdom of Cambodia, the Republic of Paraguay, the Republic of Sudan, the Republic of Tajikistan, the Republic of Uzbekistan and other countries creating the basis for bilateral cooperation of the Russian Federation with these states in the nuclear sphere. It is important that the domestic nuclear industry carries out constructive cooperation with the IAEA, the nuclear energy Agency of the Organization for economic cooperation and development (OECD NEA), the Commission of the CIS member States on the use of nuclear energy for peaceful purposes. As a result, active joint work is underway to train and improve the skills of personnel in the use of nuclear energy for peaceful purposes, to study and implement best practices in the field of nuclear power plant operation, nuclear and radiation safety, decommissioning of nuclear and radiation-hazardous facilities, rehabilitation of territories exposed to nuclear enterprises, and in all these educational activities is taking part NRNU MEPhI.
