Аннотация: Учебное пособие предназначено для выполнения лабораторных и практических заданий по дисциплине Интеллектуальные системы. Представленные работы и теоретический материал позволят магистранту изучить как классические подходы, основанные на дедуктивных моделях вывода, так и современных основанных на использовании индуктивных моделей, в частности, глубоких нейронных сетей и современных библиотек машинного обучения. Выполнение лабораторных работ позволит начать свой путь в данной стремительно развивающейся области знаний. В пособии присутствует изучение системы прямого вывода Clips, генерирующих моделей нейронных сетей GAN, сетей для решения задач классификации. Рассматриваются алгоритмы обучения с подкреплением, как алгоритмы используемые при обучении робототехнических систем, так и для дообучения языковых диалоговых моделей. Приведено теоретическое рассмотрение языковых моделей GPT и BERT.
